  • How do I schedule an appoinement?

    You can schedule your appointment by phone, in person or online. Reservations for your appointment are held with a credit card or gift certificate.

  • How do I contact your hair salon if my question isn't answered in the FAQ section?

    Please feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns, and/or comments at: 863-617-5408 or email us directly at bellelaviesalonandspa1@gmail.com.

  • How long do I have to cancel an appointment?

    If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours advance notice. Without a 24 hour notice, we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.”  Spa packages and groups must give a minimum 48 hour cancellation notice.

     

    Therefore, we kindly ask that you give us ample time for changes or cancellations so that other clients will have the opportunity to have a Belle La Vie experience. Failure to adhere to this common courtesy may result in rescheduling  your appointment because it may interfere with the next client’s appointment.

     

    For repeated no-shows or cancellations we may require credit card prepayments to reserve future appointments, we thank you for your understanding. There will be NO refund if you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs.

     

    Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving notice is a Loss of Earnings for your Service Provider and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

  • Do you offer a referral program?

    We do! When you refer someone and they book with us, you will receive 10% off your next service. Just let the receptionist know who referred you.

  • How do I choose the right treatments and products?

    We offer complimentary consultations, and can make recommendations to fit your wants and needs. Whether you are looking for a skin care product line to use at home, or have specific needs for a salon or spa treatment, we are always available to answer your questions.

  • What can I expect from my service provider during my salon or spa treatment?

    Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences, and can make recommendations if appropriate. She or he will let you know what to expect, and will find out if you have any special needs or concerns.

  • Can I wear makeup during my facials?

    During facials, your esthetician will remove your make-up for you. We do recommend you to come with a bare face if possible.

  • Are appointments necessary?

    We highly recommend making appointments in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. A credit card will be necessary to hold your reservation.

  • Can I book extra services while I am at the salon?

    Absolutely, please ask! We will always try to accommodate your wishes, although we do recommend that you book your services in advance.

  • Do you offer gift certificates?

    Absolutely! Salon and spa services are the perfect gift. Purchase a Gift Certificate Online, or feel free to stop by the salon to purchase it in person. We encourage recipients to use certificates within one year of purchase. 

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Belle La Vie Gift Certificates. WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING CHECKS AT THIS TIME. Sorry for any inconvenience.

  • What is your pricing policy?

    All prices are starting rates and prices may vary due to length, thickness, condition of hair, and hairstylist.

  • How does the tipping process work? What is normal?

    Our prices do not include gratuities for our service providers. Tipping is optional, but if the service meets or exceeds your expectations it is definitely appreciated. The industry standard is 15 – 20% of your total service fee.

  • Do you accommodate late arrivals?

    We pride ourselves on providing service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running morer than 10 minutes late, you will be charged a $15 late fee. However; as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment.

  • What if I have lost my gift certificate?

    The great thing about our Gift Certificates is that they are saved under your profile online, so if you lose or forget to bring it we can look it up!

  • Do you have a service guarantee policy?

    Belle La Vie Salon & Spa is a team environment, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our Goal is to give you the best experience from start to finish and for you to walk out our door 100% satisfied with your service.  


    If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, or just simply need a quick fix, we would like to have the opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services redone complimentary.

     

    SERVICE GUARANTEES:
    When returning for a redo service please contact the salon….

    • Within 1 week for any Haircut/Waxing/Sugaring adjustment.
    • Within 2 weeks for any Color/Highlight/Perm/Smoothing Treatment service.
      • Redo services will be scheduled with your original service provider.
      • Please understand that the redo guarantee does not apply if you decide to completely change the original look given from the original appointment.
      • Refunds will not be granted. 

    RETAIL GUARANTEE:
    Belle La Vie Salon & Spa carries the most advanced product lines available and our recommendations are based on our experience and what we feel would work best for your needs.

    • Returns on products, brushes, flat irons, blow-dryers, or any appliances: sale is final.
  • Should I wash my hair before I do a color treatment?

    Yes, clean hair allows products to perform better. Hair build-up doesn’t allow products to perform at its 100%.

  • What if I'm unhappy with my hair?

    Talk to your stylist right away. At Belle La Salon & Spa we are extremely confident in our team members' abilities. If there is a misunderstanding, your stylist will want to know! If you feel uncomfortable talking to your stylist, our salon manager will be more than happy to discuss your concerns.

  • What if I want to make a suggestion to better the salon?

    We strive to please our clients in every way and we encourage your feedback about anything that can help better the salon and make the overall experience better. Please don’t hesitate to call our managers to express any concerns or ideas. You can always leave us a review.
